  1. I see the Texans taking Coby Fleener at #26, the best TE in the draft. They’ve already said that they won’t reach for a WR there. The only other possibility is an O-Lineman, but again, they won’t reach for one, which brings us to Fleener. The Texans run a lot of 2-TE sets and love the mismatches that Fleener naturally provides.

    • That’s a great point…something I hadn’t considered at all. I think Fleener would fit well with Houston, and you’re right about the two tight end sets. However, I wouldn’t consider Hill to be a reach at 26. He’s got the size and speed to compliment Andre Johnson perfectly and really stretch the field. Check out my analysis of picks 21-26 for more of my thoughts there. But it’s certainly a possibility, and one I hadn’t thought of.
